How do I pay for my order?

We currently accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Solo as well as Paypal.

 

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail. Group A will be shipped Signed For 1st Class, with a choice of Special Delivery Guaranteed By 1pm for an extra charge of £3 at checkout. Group B, C, D and E will be shipped Royal Mail International Signed & Tracked. Please find the breakdown in the table below:

Group A - United Kingdom (ex. Northern Ireland) - £4.90

Group B - France, Germany, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Monaco - £10.50

Group C - Denmark, Finland, Austria, Czech Republic, Greece, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Norway, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Croatia - £12.50

Group D - Iceland, Russia, Belarus, Turkey - £15

Group E - USA and Canada, Republic of Korea, Australia, Japan - £17

 

I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?

During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after one hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us using the contact form with your order number and last name and we will re-send your confirmation.

 

When will my order arrive?

Shipping time depends on your location. UK orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched the same business day, central Europe within 5 business days, and all other countries please allow up to 10 business days. Note these transit times are estimates and may vary.

 

Do you accept returns?

Will I be charged tax or customs on orders?

You will not be charged any extra tax or customs if you live within the EU. If you live outside that zone, you may be charged customs or import tax. Liquorice Pizza is not responsible for import duty or custom tax, and this is solely the responsibility of the buyer.

VAT is included in the prices showing on the website.

 

Can I track my order?

Once you’re order is shipped, you will get a confirmation and a tracking number from Royal Mail.

 

What time do you update your online shop?

Generally, we update our online shop regularly with new, up coming releases and represses. This happens weekly. We're also always keeping our ears to the ground and new labels and artists are getting added daily.

 

Do you re-stock your inventory?

On occasion we will re-stock some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.

 

Do you offer gift cards?

We do offer gift cards through the web shop. You can purchase a gift certificate here.
