At this time, Liquorice Pizza will be shipping to countries within the European Union (EU), as well as the following ones: Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Monaco, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Turkey, USA and Canada, Republic of Korea, Australia and Japan.
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail. Group A will be shipped Signed For 1st Class, with a choice of Special Delivery Guaranteed By 1pm for an extra charge of £3 at checkout. Group B, C, D and E will be shipped Royal Mail International Signed & Tracked. Please find the breakdown in the table below:

Shipping time depends on your location. UK orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched the same business day, central Europe within 5 business days, and all other countries please allow up to 10 business days. Note these transit times are estimates and may vary.

We offer free postage on orders over £50 to the UK sent via Royal Mail and free postage on orders over £100 elsewhere.
We will gladly accept returns and issue an on-line store credit or refund the item. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, re-saleable, new condition unopened with all original cellophane attached. For faulty items or, warped and mispressing records please return in the best condition possible. You must first contact us through the contact form or email@example.com before any return is placed. Packages sent without contacting us beforehand will not be accepted. Note that you must ship the item back to us within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product. All sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
For any returned, exchanged and faulty items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Make sure to use a reputable shipping company with tracking information or proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
